G3 does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
G3 may use service providers, such as messaging carriers and Twilio, only as needed to operate and deliver the SMS service.
SMS Data We Collect
- Mobile phone number provided by the user.
- Opt-in timestamp and opt-in source.
- SMS consent status.
- Message history needed to operate and support the SMS service.
- HELP requests, STOP requests, and opt-out status.
How We Use SMS Data
G3 uses SMS data to operate the G3 SMS program and send reminders, nudges, digests, check-ins, follow-ups, clarification prompts, service notices, HELP responses, and STOP or opt-out processing.
